Job Description:
We're searching for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a passion for e-sports and a desire to create meaningful, user-centric products that resonate with gamers and support their competitive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features and enhancements.
2. Understand the e-sports market, competition, and user requirements in depth.
3. Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, and UX teams to guide products from conception to launch.
4. Drive product vision and strategy, and communicate that vision and strategy to the team and stakeholders.
5. Influence key stakeholders across the company through presentations and data-driven insights.
6. Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics, and feed learnings back into the development process.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management roles, preferably in tech startups.
2. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
3. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
4. Strong passion for e-sports and comprehensive knowledge of games like Counter-Strike, Dota2, League of Legends.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
6. Ability to translate strategy into action and persevere in the face of obstacles.

Nice to Have:

1. Prior experience working in the gaming or e-sports industry.
2. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
3. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
